<p>Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a skilled Developer. This role is focused on AI and automation to support internal process enhancements through scripting, monitoring, and intelligent workflow automation. The Developer plays a key part in the development of AI agents and governance models using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain scripts to automate internal workflows and data processes </li><li>Utilize Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate to improve operational efficiency </li><li>Implement monitoring solutions and define KPIs to ensure transparency and performance tracking </li><li>Integrate APIs and work with cloud-deployed scripts (Dataverse knowledge preferred) </li><li>Collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver automation strategies aligned with governance standards* Strong experience with scripting and automation (Python preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or other AI productivity tools </li><li>Understanding of API usage, dashboarding, and monitoring principles </li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, and automation governance </li><li>Interest in AI governance, prompt engineering, and productivity optimization </li></ul>
