<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>This position is responsible for providing support to bar locations and staff during events to ensure smooth operations.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Stock all bars to the appropriate product levels and maintain throughout events. </li><li>Assist bartenders during the event by keeping bar areas clean and organized, replenishing products and supplies to include glassware, to maximize profitability of each location. </li><li>Complete post event clean up. </li><li>Special projects and assignments as business dictates. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>This position has no supervisory responsibilities </li></ul> <p>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience preferred </li><li>Organized and attentive to detail </li><li>Customer service oriented </li><li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Ability to push and pull heavy carts </li><li>Ability to frequently move up to 160 pounds </li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays </li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <ul> <li>None required </li></ul> <p>OTHER DUTIES</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
