<p>About the role</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer with 7 to 10 years of expertise in QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our healthcare services. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Design customer communications and document processing workflows using Quadient Inspire. (Designer, Interactive & Inspire Automation / Scaler) </li><li>Strong expertise in Quadient interactive is must. The role will be primarily focused on Quadient Interactive, with the majority of day-to-day activities centered on authoring, managing, and supporting content within the Interactive platform. </li><li>Develop and configure Quadient Inspire applications and templates to ensure efficient and effective document production. </li><li>Write, maintain, and optimize scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction tasks utilizing configuration driven design methodologies. </li><li>Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure high-quality and error-free output. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document composition, formatting, data integration, and output generation. </li><li>Integrate Quadient Inspire with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, or other content management systems. </li><li>Provide guidance and support to end-users on Quadient Inspire functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Maintain documentation and version control of Quadient Inspire applications, templates, and configurations. </li></ul> <p>Work model: Remote</p> <p>We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.</p> <p>What you need to have to be considered</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). </li><li>Strong background in Quadient Inspire implementation and development. </li><li>In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Automation or Scaler, and Interactive modules. </li><li>Proficiency in scripting and coding languages used in Quadient Inspire, such as Groovy, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SQL. </li><li>Strong understanding of document composition, data extraction, and document management concepts. </li><li>Experience with data integration and data mapping using Quadient Inspire or similar tools. </li><li>Familiarity with postal regulations and best practices in mail preparation and output generation. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Knowledge of other customer communications platforms or document management systems. </li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable. </li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset. </li></ul> <p>We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
