<p>Project Architect</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with 15+ years in the architecture field. This role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and expertise in construction documents through construction administration. Experience in multi-use projects is beneficial.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage architectural projects from inception through completion. </li><li>Prepare detailed construction documents. </li><li>Coordinate construction administration tasks. </li><li>Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project designs and documentation. </li><li>Collaborate on multi-use projects. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. </li><li>Extensive experience in construction documents and administration. </li><li>Schematic and architectural design expertise. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. </li><li>Experience with multi-use projects is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in a small office located in Quincy, MA.
