Leveraging your expertise in SQL, Python, and statistical methods, you will analyze diverse datasets, synthesize findings, and deliver executive-quality insights. Your work will shape the next generation of research, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of empathy and innovation. You will partner closely with sales strategy , senior business executives, and cross-functional teams to share insights on key initiatives. As a people manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or data science. </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of data scientists and researchers, setting clear goals and expectations to drive high performance. </li><li>Proven track record of supporting team members' career progression and professional development. </li><li>Clear and succinct written and verbal communication skills, able to frame and present messages for different audiences. </li><li>Critical and analytical thinking, with the ability to maintain detail focus and retain big picture perspective. </li><li>Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities and projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments, and organizations. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience planning and executing user research studies, including quantitative and big data analysis. </li><li>Strong programming skills in SQL and/or Python; experience working with large datasets. </li><li>Proficient in statistical concepts and methods, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex findings to senior stakeholders. </li><li>Demonstrated experience mentoring, training, and managing junior team members. </li><li>Ability to drive multiple initiatives independently and manage competing priorities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>PhD/Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Social Science, or a related field. </li></ul>
