Under the guidance and direction of Superintendent Executive Support, The Human Resources/Facilities Clerk shall manage data and spreadsheets of information for district reporting purposes. Oversees the district central registration process.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate, College Degree preferred. </li><li>School business office experience is helpful. </li><li>Proficiency in most computer technology applications, Google platform expertise, and use of automated office equipment. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in interacting with staff and public. </li><li>Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. </li><li>Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment. </li></ul> <p>Certificate and Endorsement Requirements:</p> <p>None required</p> <p>Reports To:</p> <p>Superintendent Executive Support</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$50,000 - $58,000</p> <p>RESIDENCY LAW: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (P.L. 2011, Chapter 70), also known as the "New Jersey First Act", effective September 1, 2011, all newly hired public employees, including public school district employees must reside in the State of New Jersey, unless exempted under the law. If you do not reside in New Jersey, you have one year after the date of hire to relocate your residence to New Jersey.
