Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Reporting to the Employee Benefits Operations Manager, the role is responsible for the implementation and execution of operational initiatives to support organic growth and revenue retention in the complex market. This role will manage the Employee Benefits service team in the assigned region, to ensure optimization of customer experience, operational efficiencies, change management and transformation, including overseeing all training and development of the service teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Execute all Employee Benefits operations in assigned region to ensure the best client experience possible.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain key client account management, as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for managing the service team, and team leads in assigned region.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement standard operating practices to create efficiencies through use of technology and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate consistently with Employee Benefits Operations Manager and Director of Employee Benefits Operations, and Growth Leader as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute operational initiatives that support organic growth and retention goals through collaboration with members of the leadership team.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and implement key carrier strategic initiatives to achieve placement and revenue goals working with the EB Operations Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Quarterly review of the AM/AC book of businesses to ensure proper staffing to align with excellent customer service experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Liaison between producers and account management teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate regular department meetings to review workflows, procedures and influence and promote a positive culture and work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration with human resources around personnel management and employee relations.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for executing business processes to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5+ years of complex employee benefits experience within an insurance related industry with an emphasis on Complex Group Clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of successfully managing a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Current Life & Health Insurance license.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Superior skills in operational leadership, employee development, and employee engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Professional verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and experience with Benefit platforms - including Employee Navigator or related systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to establish credibility and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders through ethics, integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-LS1</p> <p>Pay Details:</p> <p>The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
