<p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate /G.E.D. diploma required. </li><li>Previous communications/telecommunications experience preferred. </li><li>Typing experience and information systems familiarity required. </li><li>Experience in various IT applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams preferred. </li><li>Pleasant and effective verbal communication skills necessary. </li><li>Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure with frequent interruptions. </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Answer calls in a courteous and prompt manner using established scripting. </li><li>Transfers calls to the correct party according to Policy and Procedure. </li><li>Issues emergency alerts, notifications, and stat pages according to Policy and Procedure; maintains calm manner during emergency situations. </li><li>Possesses excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. </li></ul> <p>RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
