You'll own next-best-action campaigns, targeted offers, and personalized content across the Content Network, Deals, Loyalty program, and Home Page Dashboard, collaborating closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute personalization and engagement strategies across multiple digital experiences. </li><li>Design and manage targeted campaigns and incentives to drive engagement, retention, and customer behavior. </li><li>Partner with horizontal PMs (Content, Deals, Loyalty, Dashboard) to ensure personalized interventions align with the overall user experience. </li><li>Collaborate with the CMS/platform team to implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic. </li><li>Use analytics and experimentation to measure campaign impact and optimize performance. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in product management, preferably in personalization, engagement, or behavioral campaigns. </li><li>Experience with cross-channel digital products (web, app, dashboards). </li><li>Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation and data-driven decisions. </li><li>Experience collaborating with platform/engineering teams to implement personalization solutions. </li><li>Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively across multiple PMs. </li></ul> <p>We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.?Join us for what's next.</p> <p>Western Union is positioned to become the world's most accessible financial services company -transforming lives and communities.
