As our FP&A Manager, youll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for ETC, a global manufacturing business, to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <p>Lead the global annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long term financial planning</p> <p>Oversee cost accounting, including standard cost systems, manufacturing variances, margin analysis, and inventory reporting</p> <p>Provide financial analysis and insights to support product costing, pricing, capital investments, and new product development</p> <p>Manage project accounting, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis</p> <p>Develop and review management and board level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs</p> <p>Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and controls</p> <p>Oversee treasury activities including cash flow planning, foreign exchange, debt management, and bank reporting</p> <p>Collaborate cross functionally and support audits, transfer pricing, and compliance activities</p> <p>Lead, coach, and develop a high performing finance team</p> <p>What Youll Bring</p> <p>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</p> <p>7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a global manufacturing environment</p> <p>Strong background in FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis</p> <p>Working knowledge of treasury functions including cash flow, capital management, and debt</p> <p>Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred); Power BI experience a plus</p> <p>Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non financial stakeholders</p> <p>Detail oriented, analytical, and process driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities</p> <p>Perks & Benefits</p> <p>Generous paid time off Enjoy over 4 weeks of PTO in your first year</p> <p>Comprehensive health coverage Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on day one</p> <p>Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) available immediately</p> <p>Employer paid life and disability insurance</p> <p>100% employee owned company!
