<p>Legence is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with experience designing and managing complex electrical systems across a wide range of commercial projects. This role will report to the Electrical Division Manager and is responsible for estimating, designing, managing, and delivering projects with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, and solutions-oriented, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and design partners.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Estimate and secure electrical work for commercial construction projects </li><li>Lead design-build efforts in accordance with NEC and all applicable electrical codes </li><li>Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout </li><li>Ensure project completion meets or exceeds client expectations </li><li>Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and tools for each project </li><li>Negotiate and manage subcontractor scope using standard subcontract agreements </li><li>Conduct site surveys and field verifications as needed </li><li>Stay current with codes, technology, and industry best practices </li><li>Provide support on customer service-related issues as needed </li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in a technical field preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus </li><li>Minimum 3-4 years of experience in electrical design and/or project management required </li><li>CAD proficiency is a plus </li><li>Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Project, and electronic estimating tools </li><li>Experience with Accubid estimating software strongly preferred </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Results-driven, customer-focused, and competitive mindset </li><li>Solid understanding of the electrical construction industry </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Positive team player with a professional, service-oriented approach </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities </li></ul> <p>Please note: Legence is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.</p> <p>#LI-JS1 #LI-Onsite</p>
