This role ensures accurate trade processing, cash management, and compliance with investment guidelines while collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Trade Lifecycle Management</p> </li><li> <p>Capture and process primary and secondary loan trades in internal systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor trade settlements via ClearPar and resolve discrepancies with counterparties.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely affirmation and settlement of transactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Instruct borrows for loan settlement in warehouse phase.</p> </li><li> <p>Cash & Position Reconciliation</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile positions daily.</p> </li><li> <p>Process interest payments, fees, and corporate actions related to loan assets.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with custodians and trustees for cash movements.</p> </li><li> <p>Reporting & Analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare daily and monthly portfolio reports for internal stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide estimated settle date cash reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Support quarterly investor reporting and audit requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance & Documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Verify adherence to CLO indenture requirements and investment guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure assets are approved for purchase while in warehouse.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records for regulatory and audit purposes.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in system upgrades and operational projects.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Entry-level: 1-3 years in loan operations or structured credit.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: Familiarity with CLO structures and syndicated loans.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Excel skills; experience with WSO, ClearPar, Bloomberg is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</p> </li></ul> <p>Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? The base salary range for this position is:</p> <p>USD 90,000 - 180,000</p> <p>This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education.
