As a Shared Services Analyst, you are responsible for supporting operational performance through analytics, reporting, and process optimization. You will serve as a "super user" of shared services platforms, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for decision-making.</p> <p>Every day you'll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe!</p> <ul> <li>Pay Range: 60-75k </li><li>Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM (1st shift). </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to improve service for consignee and customer locations and implement solutions. </li><li>Provide timely reporting on carrier performance, consignee performance, and volume impacts using standard tools. </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for shared services platforms and respond to customer info requests. </li><li>Use business intelligence to optimize inventory management and align physical, WMS, and customer systems. </li><li>Research overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) to recommend corrective actions. </li><li>Produce operational health analyses and scorecard data for Logistics Centers to provide insights to leadership. </li><li>Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, including product traceability and mock track and trace events. </li><li>Partner with warehouse and customer locations to support volume planning and invoicing. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a logistics analyst role. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). </li><li>Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations. </li><li>Experience working in a centralized environment supporting multiple sites. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Bonus points for SQL experience, 3PL background, or Lean/Six Sigma certification. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>This job operates in a professional, climate-controlled office environment-where the strategy happens!. </li></ul> <p>Ready to Elevate Your Career?</p> <p>Join us at CJ Logistics and be a part of something bigger.
