If you are dedicated and ambitious, Clean Team is an excellent place to grow your career.</p> <p>DONT HESITATE TO APPLY!</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Empty trash and recycling receptacles into appropriate waste bins and insure receptacles are kept clean and free of smells. </li><li>Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when it is necessary. </li><li>Sweep, mop and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies </li><li>Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard to reach places </li><li>Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces making sure they are free of streaks </li><li>Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensure soap and paper towel dispensers are well stocked, make sure they are locked if they have a key </li><li>Take inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, making sure you are letting your supervisor know to order more as needed. </li><li>Inform Area Manager of anything that is broken or not functioning properly so that the issue is resolved promptly </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Capable of following instructions and learn new techniques</p> <p>Strong time management skills in order to insure all work is completed by the end of the shift</p> <p>Demonstrate and understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment</p> <p>Self starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete task with minimal supervision</p> <p>Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team</p> <p>Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time</p> <p>Possess a strong attention to detail</p> <p>Must be 18+ yrs old, possess a valid DL, with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.</p> <p>SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY</p> <p>SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE</p> <p>48837,48906.48911,48912,48915,48808,48910,48917</p>
