Join our team!</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and grow a book of ocean marine liability business including Hull/P&I, Primary Marine Liability, and Excess Marine Liability as part of the RB Jones Marine team </li><li>Manage and develop broker relationships </li><li>Produce new business as well as maintain a book of renewal business </li><li>Prequalify accounts and utilize underwriting acumen to select sound marine risks </li><li>Underwrite, rate, quote and bind, profitable new and renewal marine business to meet goals in agreement with underwriting guidelines and underwriting authority </li><li>Regular national travel as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Minimum 3 years of marine underwriting experience required </li><li>Wholesale, MGA or carrier experience preferred </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing </li><li>Proven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detail </li><li>Interest in continued education and professional development </li><li>Insurance license, CPCU, CIC, AMIM or comparable designations preferred </li></ul> <p>Compensation Package</p> <ul> <li>Base salary range of $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 dependent upon experience </li><li>Flexible and Hybrid work options </li><li>Health benefits & 401K with employer match </li><li>Employer paid continuing education courses and designations </li><li>Many opportunities for career advancement </li></ul> <p>About Our Company</p> <p>Founded in 1905, RB Jones is a leader in providing specialty risk coverage solutions to brokers, agents and wholesalers, including: Commercial Marine, Excess Energy, Commercial Property, Professional, Flood, Builders Risk, Terrorism, Inland Marine and other unique products.</p> <p>RB Jones is a member of H.W.
