Assists members by correcting exercise techniques and ensuring safety by "spotting" during free weight use. Greets members upon arrival and continually communicates with them on the exercise floor. Assists members in freezing, canceling, or activating memberships in accordance with department policies. Conducts center tours for visitors and provides a complete explanation of services. Assists with community, corporate, and employee wellness health screenings. Confirms that all new members or guests have completed and signed paperwork. Cleans equipment and inspects it for safety on a daily basis. Inspects and cleans surface areas in restrooms daily. Listens and responds appropriately to member concerns, complaints, and suggestions. Participates in all special promotions, incentive, and motivational programs.
