<p>WSP is seeking a Full-Time TMC Operator for our 24/7 Aurora CO location.</p> <p>The TMC Operator is responsible for the 24/7 operation of the E-470 Public Highway Authority's Transportation Management Center on a scheduled shift basis. The TMC Operator monitors video and security surveillance systems multiple computer alarms systems, Answers and prioritizes emergency and non-emergency telephones. Provides constant contact with Colorado State Patrol, local 911 centers, E-470 Roadside Assistance, E-470 Roadway Maintenance and Operations groups, public safety response agencies, and appropriate managers during normal operations and emergency situations to include incidents and accidents affecting the toll way. Contacts on-call personnel as needed to report to work. Monitors external environmental and traffic activities that may affect toll way operations. Job requires exceptional organization skills, knowledge of MS Office, Windows, proficient-typing skills, self-initiative, excellent phone and customer service skills. May be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to another location, other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.</p> <p>Pay: $24.29 per hour; Thursday through Monday, 6AM - 2PM (40 hours)</p> <p>WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
