<p>As a Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of subcontracting. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC for Buy To sell products which are mechanical and electronics.</p> <p>You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location.</p> <p>In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the delivery of Buy To Sell product, executing strategic long-term agreements with suppliers, and driving cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance </li><li>Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them </li><li>Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives </li><li>Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain. </li><li>Strong negotiation skills and processes </li><li>Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline </li><li>Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred </li><li>Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry </li><li>Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.) and ability to negotiate terms and conditions </li></ul> <p>The annual base salary range for this position is $83,000-$104.000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
