<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Biology Department of Bellarmine University seeks candidates for a full-time faculty position starting August 2025. Teaching responsibilities include Clinical Microbiology (for pre-nursing students) and Microbiology (for Biology and pre-professional students), as well as introductory and upper-level Biology courses serving students across our campus. Preference will be given to candidates who will engage STEM majors and Honors students in student research. Evidence of teaching excellence is strongly desired. We prefer to hire a tenure-track, Assistant Professor, but other ranks, titles and trajectories will be considered. Position title and salary are commensurate with degree, work and teaching experience.</p> <p>Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Qualified candidates must have (at a minimum) a Masters degree in Biological Science or Microbiology.
