In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.</p> <ul> <li> <p>CH</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for generating, owning and maintaining the Forecast/Demand Plan for their assigned scope (line of business or products line) in partnership with their business stakeholders by incorporating business intelligence and future information gathered from management, sales, marketing, finance and retail (customer facing site) data</p> </li><li> <p>Allocate efficient use of resources based on the Master Production Schedule, aligning forecasted demand with production capacity.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze current production capacity/capabilities and identify limitations/ unexpected disruptions that could impact production; Monitor and adjust as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize network sourcing to build efficiencies across procurement, transportation, and distribution.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop technical roadmap that will enable us to optimize product flow across the network.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with IT to develop, build, and test new supply chain applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage auto-replenishment settings at Branches and Distribution Centers.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and approve manual requisitions placed by branch locations to maintain proper inventory levels and avoid overstock.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and develop action plans that will reduce total landed cost for all product offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet with various levels of management to identify and strategically solve problems that may arise in the supply chain.v</p> </li></ul>
