You will provide leadership to a team of employees within one location by coaching and promoting all DUNKIN' brand standards. Retaining employees to create longevity and secure positions for employees </li><li>Customer service orientation leader who believes the value in all guests receiving topnotch service </li><li>Problem solver and works with upper management collaboratively to create a goal orientated atmosphere </li><li>Innovative leader that takes initiative in any technology changes to better operations </li><li>Prior Store Manager experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Core Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Able to perform all restaurant store team member, Shift Lead, and ITL duties </li><li>Ensure store location correctly execute all new product launches and processes in the marketing windows and LTO's </li><li>Drive communication with staff using all deployment plans, teams service, and speed of service </li><li>Exceptional time management and problem solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>Basic Computer Skills </li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English Language </li><li>ServSafe Certification Preferred </li><li>Prior Dunkin' managerial experience a plus! </li><li></li></ul>
