A-State participates in E-Verify.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our faculty as a Non-Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Economics and Data Analytics. This position emphasizes excellence in teaching, student engagement, and service to the university and community. The position offers opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and meaningful contributions to academic programs and institutional initiatives.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Teach a standard load per semester, with courses in both Economics and Data Analytics. </li><li>Deliver instruction through both in-person and online modalities. </li><li>Engage in ongoing scholarly research and publish in relevant academic fields. </li><li>Participate in service activities, committee work, and community engagement. </li><li>Contribute to continuous curriculum development and program assessment. </li><li>Maintain a commitment to professional development and staying current in the field. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p> <p>Proven ability to design and deliver engaging course content in Economics and Data Analytics.</p> <p>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</p> <p>Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external partners.</p> <p>Commitment to service and active participation in university governance and community engagement.</p> <p>General Days/Hours:</p> <p>Monday-Friday</p> <p>8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with additional hours as needed for meetings, events, and responsibilities).</p> <p>Other:</p> <p>PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSITION POSTINGS CLOSE AT 12:00 A.M.
