Karman Space & Defense brings to bear unparalleled production capabilities, unmatched engineering expertise, and unflinching analysis to render the impossible, possible.</p> <p>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance </li><li>401(k) Retirement Savings Plan </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement* </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO</p> <ul> <li>Operate Double acting presses and hydraulic presses. </li><li>Operate manual and CNC lathes </li><li>Operate belt and disc sanders </li><li>Operate Die sets </li><li>Apply specialized Lubrication </li><li>Operate part washers, vibratory machines and other cleaning equipment </li><li>Familiarize with precision measuring hand tools. </li><li>Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards </li><li>Operate forklift to load, unload and move tooling and material. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent in work experience. </li><li>Mechanical aptitude, math skills </li><li>Able to follow verbal and written instructions </li><li>Constant standing/walking/sitting for at least 10 hours. </li><li>Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs, minimum 35 lbs. </li><li>Prolonged periods of repetitive movement are required. </li><li>Constant holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). </li></ul> <p>ITAR REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, certain positions may require applicants to be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.</p> <p>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
