<p>Make it happen at Hopkins.</p> <p>Full-time, Day shift, 7am-7:30pm</p> <p>The Administrative Service Representative for the Family Centered Care Unit serves as a customer service ambassador to all Sibley customers (staff, MD, patients and families) through demonstration of excellent customer service skills as outlined in Sibley's Circle of Excellence. Supports the daily operations and activity flow of the patient care area by performing administrative functions and acting as a central source of information for staff, physicians, patients, families and other departments.
