Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review work orders and Rapid Recon to plan work </li><li>Completes work assignments within established time frame; update Rapid Recon upon job completion </li><li>Inspect cars for additional damage; acquires approval for additional work </li><li>Maintain a clean work area; apply dust control, remove trash, spray down floor, etc. </li><li>Assist other technicians with washing and moving vehicles as needed </li></ul> <p>What we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary training program preferred </li><li>1 year of experience performing paintless dent repair preferred </li><li>Documented industry training preferred </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information including vendor catalogs </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by company insurance provider </li><li>Ability to operate standard and manual transmissions </li><li>Working knowledge of proper use of hand tools, power tools and other machinery </li><li>Ability to demonstrate above-average mechanical and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Ability to perform standard problem-solving skills </li></ul>
