<p>What's This Job All About?</p> <p>The Associate Participant Services Administrator is responsible for providing account support to retirement</p> <p>plans administered by Greenleaf Trust. Account support is provided by responding to calls, texts, emails and</p> <p>live chats. Additionally, there is an opportunity to support division initiatives towards continuous</p> <p>improvement. This role offers an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills needed to grow in the retirement</p> <p>plan industry. The role is primarily performed on-site in the Kalamazoo office.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Obtaining a basic understanding and knowledge of:</p> </li><li> <p>Retirement plan types and fundamentals of plan design</p> </li><li> <p>Basic retirement plan rules and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Providing excellent quality of client service</p> </li><li> <p>Relius software system and retirement plan website</p> </li><li> <p>Be a front-line resource for participant services:</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to the majority of daily help center inquiries</p> </li><li> <p>Protect personal participant information and use due diligence to identify any fraudulent</p> </li></ul> <p>account attempts</p> <ul> <li>Educate participants on their plan rules and design along with general retirement plan concepts </li><li>Accurately perform participant requests such as investment trades, distributions and loans </li><li>Manage returned participant mail and make proactive attempts to obtain correct addresses </li><li>Assist with outgoing mail </li><li>Assist with creating, customizing and editing participant materials as needed </li><li>Research and monitor retirement industry trend </li></ul> <p>What You Need for this Position:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and/or one or more years of experience in financial services preferred. </li><li>Minimum of one year of customer service experience in any industry required. </li></ul> <p>DEI Commitment:</p> <p>Greenleaf Trust is committed to exploring diversity, equity, and inclusion, both within the organization itself,</p> <p>and the communities in which we serve.
