As a nurturing university community, we challenge students, faculty, staff, and administration to fully realize their highest academic, professional, and personal potential.</p> <p>Position Description Summary/Purpose:</p> <p>The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)/ Patient Care Technician (PCT) Instructor is responsible for planning, teaching, evaluating, and overseeing classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and Patient Care Technician (PCT) programs. The instructor ensures that students gain the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to succeed in healthcare settings, while maintaining compliance with state and federal training regulations. This position supports student success and program excellence through quality instruction, adherence to curriculum standards, and professional mentorship.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities:</p> <p>(The essential functions or duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
