<p>Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated servant leader with strong behavior management experience to support the students at Mac-A-Cheek in Bellefontaine.</p> <p>Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant's heart.</p> <p>Full-Time position</p> <p>7 hours/day</p> <p>5 days/week</p> <p>188 days/year</p> <p>Start Date</p> <p>August 11, 2025</p> <p>Certifications</p> <p>Licensed social worker</p> <p>Degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, education or other related fields preferred.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Assist staff in defining and measuring behavior; understanding principles of reinforcement; teaching new behavior; implementing strategies for decreasing behavior; and identifying antecedents Develops intervention strategies that produce tangible evidence-based benefits within specified time-frames. Provide social skill intervention to students in a direct service model.
