Join us.</p> <p>A Day in the Life:</p> <p>This position is pivotal in driving sales performance and results by engaging with key stakeholders within the assigned Big 3 Accounts: Compass, Aramark, and Sodexo. The core responsibilities include developing, implementing, and executing strategies and programs aligned with the national strategy to enhance MEC's sales and market share within these crucial customer bases.</p> <p>The position requires clear and effective timely communication of program activations, business driving opportunities, within assigned accounts to key stakeholders within MEC BU's, particularly Commercialization leads and department stakeholders, ensuring MEC distribution partners are informed and aligned with all activities and happenings related to Compass, Aramark, and Sodexo. The CDM will serve as the "Subject Matter Expert" for all matters concerning "The Big 3" accounts.</p> <p>Additionally, this role is responsible for formulating and communicating MEC's strategies for the execution of both short-term and long-term programming to MEC's key stakeholders.</p> <p>The Impact You'll Make:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Establish and Cultivate Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with all key stakeholders within the "Big 3" call points, including but not limited to Canteen Vending Sectors, Sodexo Vending, and Compass Food Sector Regional Marketing Managers. Demonstrate a proactive approach in building strong connections with a results driven mentality</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Management: Develop, communicate, and monitor call point performance metrics within an assigned region(s) to drive incremental sales, distribution and increase market share. Implement effective tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent progress and improvements that align with the overarching enterprise goals and objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Sales Implementation: Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) FSOP teams and local KO bottler leads to implement tailored selling strategies within assigned sales territories. Ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives timely to exceed plans mutually agreed to</p> </li><li> <p>Regular Business Reviews: Conduct regular business review sessions with targeted call points to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance MEC market share. Maintain a sense of urgency in addressing and resolving any issues that arise</p> </li><li> <p>Effective Communication of Priorities: Partner with MEC BU Commercialization teams to ensure proper communication and alignment of priorities across targeted accounts. Facilitate timely and clear information flow to support program activation and execution</p> </li><li> <p>Stakeholder Connectivity and Partnership: Foster strong connections within the 4 BUs and with key bottler stakeholders to develop collaborative partnerships. Enhance communication efforts to drive seamless timely execution, distribution, and sales volume</p> </li><li> <p>Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to BU teams, KO bottler teams, focusing on channel and customer-level execution. Share and duplicate best practices to ensure consistent and effective performance across the board</p> </li><li> <p>Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to gather insights and identify trends. Utilize this information to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize Program Execution: Ensure the seamless activation and execution of programs within assigned accounts. Regularly monitor and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and achieve desired outcome</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Finance or other related field of study. </li><li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in beverage as a retail broker and distributor. </li><li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in sales environment. </li><li>Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. PowerBI reporting desired. Experience with Nielsen/IRI. </li><li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Strong proficiency in written and oral communication. </li><li>Must be able to proactively work with multiple departments of the company and drive results and accomplish goals. </li><li>Flexibility to travel as needed, generally 70% of time traveling. </li><li>Able to work independently while being a team player. Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses. </li><li>Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers. </li></ul> <p>Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $65,000 - $127,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.</p>
