<p>Description</p> <p>Summary / Job Purpose</p> <p>The Houseman will stock all housekeeping carts with supplies and maintain linen and other housekeeping supplies. Will strip beds, collect and remove dirty linen and support the housekeeping staff.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Stock all housekeeping carts prior to room attendants arriving in the morning. </li><li>Collect soiled linen from guest rooms. </li><li>Remove trash collected by room attendants </li><li>Pick up clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor. </li><li>Refill guest room amities and supplies on each floor. </li><li>Assist room attendants with placing roll-away beds, etc. </li><li>Respond to all guest calls in a timely friendly manner. </li><li>Will assist with deep cleaning of guest rooms </li><li>Deliver towels to room attendants if needed. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications - Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Stock all housekeeping carts prior to room attendants arriving in the morning. </li><li>Collect soiled linen from guest rooms. </li><li>Remove trash collected by room attendants </li><li>Pick up clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor. </li><li>Refill guest room amities and supplies on each floor. </li><li>Assist room attendants with placing roll-away beds, etc. </li><li>Respond to all guest calls in a timely friendly manner. </li><li>Will assist with deep cleaning of guest rooms </li><li>Deliver towels to room attendants if needed. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Hours will vary. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Works primarily in a climate controlled setting.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>The incumbent may have to lift items up to 45 lbs.</p>
