Then this might be the perfect fit for you!</p> <p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Assists in the supervision of students in grades K-5 and provides Reading and Math support to students under the direction of the teacher or administrator. This posiiton is 3 hours per day and begins with the 2024-25 school year.</p> <p>PAY & BENEFITS</p> <p>Beginning hourly rate: $16.37/hour and up, commensurate with related experience.</p> <p>Excellent benefits package including SERS retirement, free life insurance, and sick and personal days.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and meet one of the following criteria (1) hold an Associate's degree or higher, (2) have taken forty-eight semester hours of college coursework, or (3) take a Paraprofessional exam.
