<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. </li><li>Manage BIM projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery. </li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate BIM technology. </li><li>Provide training and support for team members on BIM tools and methodologies. </li><li>Conduct regular audits and reviews of BIM models for accuracy and compliance. </li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. </li><li>Assist with technical architectural productions, including drafting and redlining. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within the architecture industry. </li><li>Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools. </li><li>Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. </li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders. </li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Princeton, NJ.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.</p> <p>Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid group life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability. You will be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance upon commencement of employment, and the balance of the benefits after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period. Your PTO will accrue for the full calendar year as follows: 10 accrued vacation days, 5 accrued sick days, and 2 accrued personal days; this time would all be pro-rated for 2026. PTO will also include nine (9) paid holidays in each calendar year. SSP offers a voluntary 401(k) profit sharing plan as well as an employer-funded 3% safe harbor profit sharing plan; participation would begin after you have completed the plan's eligibility period of 1 year and 1,000 hours of employment. Participation starts on the next available enrollment date after the eligibility period. SSP also provides professional development paid time off for purposes of sitting for your architectural licensing exams, and will reimburse your registration exam fee; in both cases, once per exam section.
