This hybrid role includes transporting linens and supplies between facilities or customer locations, as well as assembling, folding, and preparing laundry items for delivery.</p> <ul> <li>Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver linens, garments, and supplies. </li><li>Load and unload carts, bags, or bins of laundry at customer sites and company facilities. </li><li>Assemble, fold, sort, and package commercial laundry items according to quality standards. </li><li>Inspect linens for stains, tears, or defects prior to assembly or delivery. </li><li>Maintain accurate delivery logs, route sheets, and documentation. </li><li>Communicate professionally with customers and team members. </li><li>Follow all safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and company policies. </li><li>Assist with general production tasks as needed to support workflow. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need to be Successful:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery driving, warehouse, production, or commercial laundry. </li><li>Experience operating company vehicles, box trucks, or cargo vans. </li><li>Understanding of safe driving practices and basic vehicle operation. </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </li><li>Ability to meet daily production deadlines. </li><li>Strong time-management skills to meet delivery schedules and production goals. </li></ul> <p>Bonus If You Have These Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Basic mechanical aptitude for operating laundry equipment (training provided). </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both driving and assembly tasks. </li><li>Ability to identify quality issues and resolve them appropriately. </li><li>Effective communication with customers and coworkers. </li></ul> <p>Why You Love Working for Us:</p> <ul> <li>You'll be a part of a mission-driven team that values your hard work and helps you grow. </li><li>Access to an Employee Wellness Coordinator and robust wellness program that support your health and work-life balance. </li><li>Opportunities for advancement-grow your career with us! </li></ul> <p>Physical & Environmental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Lifting: Must be able to lift, carry, and move laundry bundles or products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. </li><li>Standing: The role requires standing and remaining on one's feet for the majority of the workday. </li><li>Repetitive Motion: The position involves frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand and arm movements. </li><li>Pushing/Pulling: Must be able to push and pull carts, racks, or bins that may be heavily loaded with linens. </li><li>Manual Dexterity: Must be able to maintain sufficient hand-eye coordination to fold, sort, and assemble items quickly and accurately. </li><li>Visual Inspection: The role requires the ability to visually inspect items for stains, tears, or other quality issues. </li><li>Work Environment: The job is performed in a warm, humid, and fast-paced industrial laundry facility. </li><li>Driving: Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle to transport linens or supplies, and must do so in full compliance with all company policies and applicable state driving regulations. </li><li>Equipment Exposure: The associate will work near commercial laundry equipment that generates heat, steam, and noise, all within established safety guidelines. </li><li>Flooring: The position requires standing and moving on concrete floors for extended periods. </li><li>Noise Levels: Frequent exposure to moderate noise levels typical of industrial operations. </li><li>Machinery: The role involves working around moving machinery and navigating around carts, bins, and equipment in a busy production area. </li><li>Soiled Linens: Frequent exposure to soiled linens while following proper sanitation and hygiene procedures. </li><li>Chemicals: Frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required. </li><li>Reasonable accommodations can be provided. </li></ul> <p>CW's Core Values: Mission Driven, Teamwork Makes Us Stronger, & Everyone Brings Value!</p> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
