We're looking for a full-time Practice Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL opening Fall 2025!</p> <p>The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative and clinical efficiency of a Skin Pharm clinic. With a focus on growing the business, building brand awareness, optimizing systems and ensuring an exceptional patient experience, the Practice Manager leads with integrity and mentors the team. This role requires a blend of clinical insight, business acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, maximizing provider efficiency, enhancing patient interactions and driving strategies to improve team performance, patient satisfaction and clinic productivity.</p> <p>You have proven leadership experience, excellent organizational and multitasking skills and a proactive approach to professional development. As a collaborative leader, you're adept at time management, communicate effectively and can build positive relationships with both patients and the clinic team.</p> <p>Collaborative and results-driven leadership, inventory management experience and business operations in a clinical setting are preferred. Training will be provided to expand your existing skill set and knowledge base.
