We take the stress out of promoting their business so they can focus on what they do best.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume GTM roles across sales, operations, and marketing </li><li>Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on business needs and recruitment strategies </li><li>Source, engage, and attract top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms </li><li>Drive daily recruiting activity (calls, InMails, interviews) to consistently meet hiring targets </li><li>Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse) </li><li>Extend offers, lead negotiations, and support new hires through onboarding </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume GTM roles (sales, operations, or marketing) </li><li>Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing top candidates in a competitive market </li><li>Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter preferred) </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li>Resilience, competitiveness, and a drive to exceed recruiting goals </li></ul> <p>What's In It for You?</p> <p>Recruiting for GTM roles is challenging-but the rewards are worth it.
