Come build it with us.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the day-to-day administration of our equity incentive plans for U.S. and international participants. </li><li>Accurate and timely processing of employee stock option exercises, employee terminations, Payroll YTD information, Leave of Absence (LOA) and ESPP changes. </li><li>Manage data internally, including inbound and outbound feeds to vendor systems (i.e. online grant acceptance, ESPP enrollment, Employee tax profiles) </li><li>Maintain integrity of data in Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform. Work closely with business partners to resolve data issues. </li><li>Perform periodic review and reconciliations of equity transactions and participant data to maintain high level of accuracy and data integrity. </li><li>Employee communication and education, addressing employee inquiries. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to employees, management and key business partners including payroll, accounting, tax, treasury, SOX and HR teams. </li><li>Assist in the administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) globally with semi-annual enrollment and purchases. </li><li>Assist in global mobility tracking and RSU release processing. </li><li>Assist efforts to implement and improve processes related to stock administration including implementing automated solutions. </li><li>Assist when needed with all aspects of daily stock administration including Section 16 Filings, ESPP disposition and financial reporting. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years comprehensive experience in equity incentive plan administration with U.S. and international participants. </li><li>BA / BS in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of and experience working with Equity Edge Online. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills as data integrity is our first priority. </li><li>Ability to communicate with employees of all levels to explain stock option, RSU and ESPP information. </li><li>Demonstrated outstanding customer service and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. </li><li>Capacity to be a flexible & collaborative team member, while staying focused to deliver results. </li><li>Basic command of Microsoft Excel including h-lookups and basic formulas (Excel testing may be required). </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>The annual base salary range for this position is $99,704 - $143,325 USD</p> <p>Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.</p> <p>Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/ week (Tue-Thur) from our San Mateo headquarters</p> <p>Freshworks offers multiple options for dental, medical, vision, disability and life insurances.
