<p>The A/R Specialist and Office Generalist will provide support to the Finance operations team of CCL Industries, a $5.0 Billion corporation with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The position will report into Victoria Sho, Director - Financial Planning and Analysis, and will be based at the CCL Operations Group Headquarters in Framingham, MA. It is a full-time, in-person role (not remote or hybrid).</p> <p>AR and Accounting Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage high volume of intercompany billings using automated system</p> </li><li> <p>Update multiple billings files for each division</p> </li><li> <p>Create new charge out files for new billings</p> </li><li> <p>Scan charge outs supporting documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Distribute back up for invoices to sites via e-mail</p> </li><li> <p>Process manual invoices/credit memos</p> </li><li> <p>Post cash receipts on daily basis (wires, ACH, checks)</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare deposits</p> </li><li> <p>Scan all cash receipts</p> </li><li> <p>Enter intercompany paper transfers</p> </li><li> <p>Follow up with sites on questions about paper transfers</p> </li><li> <p>Update IC balances on monthly basis; keep distribution list updated</p> </li><li> <p>Review Sales and Bookings reports submitted by sites (with follow up as needed) on a weekly basis</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare the consolidated Sales and Bookings report for all CCL sites</p> </li><li> <p>Make updates to the Sales and Bookings report template</p> </li><li> <p>Keeping the Sales and Bookings report distribution list updated</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with other projects as they arise, especially around Quarter and Year End reporting and related to month end reporting</p> </li></ul> <p>Office Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Update CEO's contacts in Outlook and filing business cards </li><li>Provide telephone and other office support as needed </li><li>Prepare Fed Ex packages </li><li>Sort incoming mail </li><li>Greet and direct visitors </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ideal candidate would be a professional with 5 years or more of experience in an office environment, with strong data management skills and IT skills and ideally some experience in processing AR. </li><li>Must be fluent in Excel, Word and other commonly used Microsoft Office soft </li><li>Must be very detail oriented and have strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Must have a professional demeanor with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, the maturity/integrity/discretion to handle confidential and sensitive information, and the capacity to function as an effective and respected resource and partner within the organization. </li><li>Must be able to work independently and set priorities to meet firm reporting deadlines. </li><li>Must have a willingness to get things done regardless of the task, and be comfortable in a small, open office environment. </li><li>Must have a good sense of humor and easy to get along with in our small office!!! </li><li>User Experience with JD Edwards a plus </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Annual Salary: $US 80,000+ depending on experience</p> <p>Bonus Opportunity: 5% of Salary at 100% Operating Income achievement, with a maximum payout of 15%</p>
