In addition to providing quality patient care, the Manger oversees all activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, working with business development to market the program. This goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials develop new business, and to provide leadership and quality patient care.</p> <p>Please apply to learn more!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, social work, or a related field of mental health. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Five (5) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.</p> <p>Licensure:</p> <ul> <li>Current LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agencies' regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws regulating mental health care facilities. CPR and CPI training certification must be completed before providing direct care services. </li></ul>
