Analyzes the organization's current business practices and translates them into configurations and workflows for successful product implementation.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Participates in discussions to inform decisions using application knowledge and analysis. </li><li>Documents business requirements and translates those requirements into functional specifications and/or system build/configuration for the software application. </li><li>Participates in peer review for quality assurance of team member build and assists with onboarding & mentoring of new team members. </li><li>Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks. </li><li>Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues, and escalating as needed for timely resolution. </li><li>Runs reports, updates tables, and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment. </li><li>Acts as team delegate/representative at department, project, or other meetings, as assigned. </li><li>Participates as needed with a review of the training curriculum and end-user documentation for the applications user community. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required</p> <p>Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Licenses and Credentials</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Experience in healthcare information technology 3-5 years required</p> <p>5+ years Preferred</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to obtain required Epic certifications as outlined by program requirements. </li><li>Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications, preferably in a healthcare setting. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. </li><li>Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <ul> <li>Onsite Flexible Hybrid working model requires weekly office working days, 1-3 days per week onsite </li><li>M-F Eastern Business hours required </li><li>Remote working days require stable, secure, quiet, compliant working station </li></ul> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Hybrid</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Mass General Brigham Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
