<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Objective: Responsible for leading a team of Onboarding Specialists in order to provide a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and Agency policy and procedure.</p> <p>onsite in our beautiful Manchester office</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field </li><li>Three (3) - five (5) years of related experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Representative, Recruiting, Management, or similar role </li><li>Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred </li><li>Prior experience utilizing Workday or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills </li><li>Confidentiality and work ethics </li><li>Ability to work independently or as a team </li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li></ul> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee a team of Onboarding Specialists, driving their training and development. </li><li>Coach, develop, and lead a team of Onboarding Specialists, while also serving as a mentor. </li><li>Address any gaps within the onboarding process through training and mentorship. </li><li>Organize orientation programs and provide periodic check-ins with new hires. Monitor and assist with the new hire turnover and retention rates across programs. </li><li>Review Beyond Feedback surveys with the Community Relations Recruiter in order to evaluate results and modify onboarding processes. </li><li>Update, educate, and train hiring managers on onboarding processes. </li><li>Ensure compliance with state, federal and Agency policies and procedures during the onboarding process by auditing new hire paperwork. </li><li>Suggest and implement changes/improvements that can be made to the hiring and onboarding process. </li><li>Aid and support the Human Resources Business Partners in the processing of candidates for hire. </li><li>Create and monitor standard operating procedures for the onboarding process. Oversee the entirety of the onboarding process, and make necessary adjustments in order to create an overall better candidate experience. </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $21hourly, based on experience and education.</p> <p>Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.</p> <p>What's in it for you?
