Come, stay, and grow with us.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for multiple teams developing, executing and maintaining fabrication and assembly operations to assure that all products manufactured by the organization meet customer demand.Develops a long-term strategy for the improving quality and safety results. </li><li>Aligns Manufacturing Organization with Quality Assurance objectives and work closely with other members supporting Lean-Sigma initiatives. </li><li>Actively participates in the implementation of strategies in a cross-functional manner. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</p> <ul> <li>Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Requires at least 8 years related experience. </li><li>Requires at least 3 years experience as a manager. </li><li>Solid analytical, interpersonal (including coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution) and verbal/written communication skills required. </li><li>Strong planning, project management, and organizing skills required. </li><li>Solid working knowledge of Lean production management and quality integration concepts and a proven track record of change implementation are required. </li><li>Current and thorough knowledge of PC software applications, including Microsoft Office products and project management software required. </li><li>Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with production, purchasing, engineering, sales, quality, finance, human resources and other stake holders within the organization to achieve overall company objectives required. </li></ul> <p>Top candidates will also have:</p> <p>Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience</p> <p>WHAT WE OFFER</p> <p>This position is 100% onsite in the Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility.</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>This is a salaried exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role is between $129k - $169k annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for a 15% an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
