Travel amenities will be provided as needed.</p> <p>Compensation: $20.00 / hour, paid bi-weekly, with OT as needed</p> <p>Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, HSA and FSA, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), AD&D, 401(k) Matching, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, Parental Leave, Paid Training, Employee Discounts, Referral Program, and much more!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Safely operate a commercial vehicle and diligently perform all duties in a safe manner, including vehicle inspections.</p> </li><li> <p>Efficiently manage customer base within established route with an average of 50+ stops per day.</p> </li><li> <p>Use application based handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete service calls and resolving customer issues to help develop relationships with our customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth and ability to upsell our current products.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be 21 years of age or older.</p> </li><li> <p>CDL Class B license</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to adhere to Primo Water Motor Vehicle Policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer service & some sales experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to climb stairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Some traveling required based on company needs.</p> </li></ul>
