This role will contribute to our mission of inspiring a culture of wellness by delivering safe and effective fitness training programs to our community.</p> <p>This is a temporary, seasonal, part-time position starting April 29, 2026 and ending August 16, 2026. The position reports to the Coordinator, Fitness.</p> <ul> <li>Lead Engaging Group Training Classes: Effectively demonstrate, teach and correct exercise movements within group training sessions. </li><li>Provide Scalable Exercise Options: Offer appropriate movement modifications to accommodate varied fitness levels and participant needs. </li><li>Create a Motivating Environment: Foster a fun atmosphere that motivates and educates participants. </li><li>Develop Safe and Effective Training Plans: Create and implement safe and effective training programs for individual clients. </li><li>Maintain Fitness Knowledge: Stay current on general fitness, wellness, anatomy, kinesiology and physiology related to human movement and muscular conditioning. </li><li>Maintain Equipment Cleanliness: Assist in the upkeep and sanitation of fitness equipment and the studio environment. </li><li>Guideline Enforcement: Understand and enforce Wellness and Recreation and area specific guidelines. </li><li>Risk Management: Knowledge and implementation of emergency action plan. </li><li>Training and Meetings: Attend required training and monthly staff meetings. </li><li>Community: Develop professional relationships with co-workers, participants and guests. </li></ul> <p>Is Time Limited Yes If Yes, Appointment Length 3 months Wolfpack Perks and Benefits</p> <p>As a Pack member, you belong here, and can enjoy exclusive perks designed to enhance your personal and professional well-being.
