With over 200+ locations, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.</p> <p>Company website:</p> <p>www.carrierenterprise.com</p> <p>Inside Sales Engineer - INST</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Inside Sales Engineer will provide customer sales and support for Commercial contractor sales of HVAC equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for working collaboratively with the commercial sales team as a technical advisor and product advocate. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, pricing, and quoting technical and financial solutions that position CE as a viable solution for the customer and marketplace. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Respond to new business opportunities from Account and Sales Managers and create competitive quotes for commercial sales accounts </li><li>Assist Account Managers and Sales Managers with account development and introduce new products to Engineers and Mechanical Contractors </li><li>Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plan reviews and detailed specifications for commercial projects </li><li>Follow up on all quotes, bids, and submittals through the sales cycle to finalize deals </li><li>Engage with customers, manufacturers, and internal sales teams through phone and email correspondence </li><li>Provide training and support to Commercial dealers to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities </li><li>Address customer concerns while maintaining alignment with company mission, values, and financial objectives </li><li>Recognize and communicate customer needs and market opportunities to support business expansion and future revenue </li><li>Travel with the Sales Team as needed for client presentations and trade show participation </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/Database tools; ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints </li><li>Comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical control systems with expert-level product knowledge and applications </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed recommendations; experience working with contractors is highly desired </li></ul> <p>Educational and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of commercial HVAC engineering or applications experience, or equivalent technical knowledge of HVAC systems </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Field, or equivalent successful experience in a similar technical role </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management and organizational capabilities </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Health Insurance</p> <p>Health Savings Account</p> <p>Dental Insurance</p> <p>Vision Insurance</p> <p>Life Insurance</p> <p>Disability Insurance (Short-term and Long-term)</p> <p>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</p> <p>Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Development</p> <p>Paid Vacation & Sick time</p> <p>Company Paid Holiday's</p> <p>401(k) Plan with Employer Match</p> <p>Employee Discount Program</p> <p>Invitation to Apply</p> <p>Full-time and part-time positions are available.
