<p>Seeking a Peer Health and Wellness to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis providing living skills training, personal assitance, and peer and family support.</p> <p>Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week</p> <p>Locations in Phoenix.</p> <p>Additional Language Differential Pay Available</p> <p>Full Benefits Package, including 401K</p> <p>Generous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1)</p> <p>Pay starting at $17/hour DOE</p> <p>Under the Agency's policies and professional requirements, participates as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness, or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment.</p> <p>As a Peer Support Specialist, you will participate as a member of the clinical team to mentor and provide recovery-based coaching for SMI clients related to their health and wellness goals. This individual also assists in developing plans and tools to create and maintain healthy living.
