We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey</p> <p>Short Description</p> <p>Serve as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients.</p> <p>Greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families.</p> <p>Ensures that insurance information is verified, co-pays are collected, and that patient charts are prepared in advance.</p> <p>At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient's Bill of Rights.</p> <p>Experience Required</p> <p>Computer literate.</p> <p>Excellent communication and customer service skill.</p> <p>Some knowledge of medical insurances.</p> <p>Knowledge of IDX helpful.</p> <p>Experience in a medical environment strongly preferred</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>HS diploma or equivalent</p> <p>License/Certification Requirements</p> <p>All incumbents must satisfactorily complete a Cooper IDX training program to include: Registration, Scheduling, E-Commerce and FSC</p>
