Bradley, FL and/or South Fort Meade Facility at 5880 Manley Road. Typically, 36-40 hours a week on site.</p> <p>9/80 schedule if applicable</p> <p>What you'll do?</p> <p>Day to day work assignments could include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assignments will involve learning all aspects of working at a site including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Mapping and more.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with various levels of personnel throughout the organization, including management, mine operators, engineers (of various disciplines), lab personnel, and contractors</p> </li><li> <p>Participation in department meetings and meetings specific to the project assignment</p> </li><li> <p>Adhering to Mosaic's mission, guiding principles and priorities, and key competencies</p> </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sophomore level or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.</p> </li><li> <p>2.75 GPA or higher</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work full time and be a student in standing at the time of the co-op/internship</p> </li><li> <p>Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: Post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening, background check, physical, functional capacity examination.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills are required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a team environment is a must.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with an industrial environment is highly desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective verbal communication skills is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.?
