<p>Location: Vollrath Company, Kiel, Wisconsin</p> <p>Shift: 2nd Shift (Start: 2:00 PM | End: 10:30 PM - 12:30 AM)</p> <p>Pay: $26.95/hour (+ $1.00 Shift Premium)</p> <p>Sign-On Bonus: $3,000</p> <p>A Welding Test Will Be Required and Conducted During The In-Person Interview. Must Pass to be considered for the position.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform welding, grinding, wrapping, foaming, and assembly of evaporator hoppers, barrels, and related components </li><li>Work from blueprints, process sheets, schedules, or independently establish procedures and sequences when documentation is not available </li><li>Set up and operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including welding, grinding, wrapping, extruding, spot welding, polishing, and foaming equipment </li><li>Layout components, perform tooling and fixture setups, and identify or develop basic tooling as needed </li><li>Organize materials and maintain workflow to meet production timelines within engineering specifications </li><li>Support and maintain a lean pull system from barrel welding through final foaming </li><li>Monitor equipment and product quality; identify malfunctions, improper fits, or operational issues, and take corrective action </li><li>Maintain welding equipment and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations </li><li>Perform material handling and adhere to all housekeeping and safety standards </li><li>Assist with troubleshooting, product failure analysis, and occasional in-field service as needed </li><li>Collaborate with and support team members; may help schedule others to meet production demand </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>A Welding Test Will Be Required and Conducted During The In-Person Interview.
