This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering good outcomes for our customers.</p> <p>Reporting to the Divisional Head of Sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading automotive group whilst representing an amazing brand. You will oversee a team of Sales Executives to help drive the team and business forward. Experience in budgeting and forecasts is essential for this role.</p> <p>We can offer a fantastic range of benefits in an environment that offers career development where you will be given autonomy, support and a platform to succeed.</p> <p>What do I do?</p> <ul> <li>Hands on management of the Sales team </li><li>Motivating the team to deliver good outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles, finance and insurance products </li><li>Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email, Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner </li><li>Working to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online </li><li>Ensuring excellent customer service that results in good customer outcomes is consistently recognised in high customer satisfaction index scores </li><li>Collating finance proposals for customers which are in the best interests of the customer </li></ul> <p>What do I need?</p> <p>To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a sales manager within the automotive industry with main dealership experience.
