We have an opportunity for you!</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Regional Sales Representative maintains, promotes, and increases sales between the organization and the customers in an assigned territory by meeting and exceeding forecast and goals.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Communicates with customers within the assigned territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and a better understanding of their needs </li><li>Identifies, isolates, and pursues new customer acquisitions, and conducts cold-calls for potential leads </li><li>Prepares and reviews sales reports by identifying and evaluating problem areas and company progress </li><li>Creates and maintains a sales plan within corporate guidelines for the assigned territory that meets and exceeds a profit goal </li><li>Provides feedback to the Regional Sales Manager in the planning, forecasting, and management territory </li><li>Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments </li><li>Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations </li><li>Significant travel is required to visit current and potential clients as well as overnight travel </li><li>Promote a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
